Ham Noodles Source: The Joy of Cooking Servings: 6
3 cups pasta, cooked, drained 3/4 cup diced ham 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper 1/2 cup finely chopped celery 1 1/2 cups milk 2 eggs salt and pepper to taste cracker meal (cracker crumbs or bread crumbs)
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish. Layer noodles with ham, cheese, and vegetables.
Combine milk, eggs, paprika, and salt (if needed). Pour over the noodles. Cover with cracker meal.
Bake about 45 minutes.
