Ham Quiche rec.food.cooking/Dawn/2002
1 deep dish pie crust
3 beaten eggs 1 cup cream 1 cup grated cheese 1/2 cup sliced green onion 2 tsp. onion salt 1 cup finely chopped, cooked ham
Pre-bake pie crust for about 10 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pre-baked pie crust.
Bake at 425F for approximately 25 minutes.
