Bob Hope’s Mint Sauce Source: The Celebrity Cookbook Yield: 4 Servings
1 bunch fresh mint, cut or chopped very fine 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup honey dash Worcestershire sauce 3/4 cup white wine vinegar 1/4 cup water 1/2 tbsp salt 4 oz green mint jelly
Combine ingredients. Let steep for several hours. Serve with roast lamb.
