One Bowl Rocky Road Brownies Source: Janie McKinney Makes 24 brownies
4 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 cups miniature marshmallows 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes or until margarine is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Stir sugar into melted chocolate mixture. Mix in eggs and vanilla until well blended. Stir in flour and nuts. Spread evenly in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven; immediately sprinkle miniature marshmallows, chocolate chips, and pecans or walnuts over brownies.
Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until topping begins to melt together. Cool in pan; cut into squares.
