ISO: White Butter-Cream Icing

I HAVE BEEN MAKING CAKES FOR ABOUT A YEAR SO I AM STILL NEW...WE HAVE MADE A FEW WEDDING CAKES THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE WHITE..I TOOK THE RECIPE ABOVE FROM THE WILTON BOOK AND WHEN I MADE IT IT WAS WHITE-WHITE..HOWEVER, A FEW DAYS LATER WHEN WE SET THE CAKE UP IT WAS AN IVORY COLORED. CAN I PUT WHITE-WHITE IN THIS RECIPE?
