Seashell Shrimp Salad (serves 24) Source: McCormick Foodservice Servings: 24
4 lb shrimp, medium, cooked, peeled and deveined 1 lb pasta shells, medium 1 cup red peppers, diced 1 cup green peppers, diced 1 cup onion, diced 1 cup celery, diced Salt to taste McCormick Ground Black Pepper to taste 8 tbsp McCormick OLD BAY® Seasoning 1 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp sugar 6 cups mayonnaise 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 oz wine vinegar 2 tbsp mustard, whole grain
Place shrimp in bowl and hold. Cook pasta shells. Reserve.
Dice all vegetables and mix together.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients including shrimp. Mix well together. Chill.
Place on a bed of lettuce to serve.
