Polka-Dot Pie Source: Redbook, July, 1998 Serves 8
Scoop balls of different flavored sorbets (passion fruit, mixed berry, raspberry, mango) using different sizes of ice cream scoops.
Freeze on baking sheet 3 to 4 hours, until solid.
Spread 1 pint softened vanilla ice cream in vanilla wafer crust.
Push sorbet balls into ice cream; freeze.
Top with 1 pint softened vanilla ice cream, spreading to cover sorbet.
Top with small scoops of sorbet; freeze.
