Raspberry-Blueberry Coffeecake
alt.cooking-chien/Bette/1999

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup raspberries and/or blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder together in a large bowl, set aside.

Mix together egg, milk and butter and add to the dry ingredients.

Spread half of batter in a greased 9-inch round cake pan. Sprinkle berries over batter.

Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls on top of berries and spread to cover (it's OK if batter does not completely cover berries).

Sprinkle Streusel Topping on top of batter and bake at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

STREUSEL TOPPING:
1/4 cup brown sugar,
1/4 cup flour,
1 tablespoon butter, melted.

Combine all ingredients and sprinkle on top of coffee cake batter.
