Ham and Cheese Mold
24 oz cream cheese, softened 2 tsp Worcestershire 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp onion salt 3 cups Hormel chunk ham, mashed with fork 1 cup pecans, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped
Cream the cheese together with Worcestershire, lemon juice, and onion salt. Stir in ham, pecans and green pepper.
Spoon into mold that has been lined with saran wrap. Cover and chill overnight. |
