Bread Pudding – Hawaiian Style
3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1/3 cup margarine, softened 1/3 cup 2% milk 10 to 12 slices bread, cubed 2 cans (20oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained 1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together, except bread. Fold in bread gently. Pour into 2 quart unbuttered casserole dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Top with raisins for a more festive touch.
