Double Chocolate Orange Chips
1 cup unsalted butter 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed 2 eggs 3 teaspoons orange extract 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier 1 3/4 cups unbleached flour 3 tablespoons Dutch cocoa 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate pieces 1 1/2 cups raisins 1 cup chopped nuts
Cream butter and granulated sugar together. Mix in brown sugar, eggs, orange extract and liqueur.
Sift together flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Add to butter mixture. Add chocolate pieces, raisins and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated 375-degree oven about 10 minutes.
