Pea Guacamole Servings: 8 1 (20 oz.) bag frozen peas, defrosted 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup bermuda onion, minced 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 cup medium salsa as needed Salt to taste (optional)
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a blender, then fold in the salsa. Salt to taste and refrigerate before serving.
