Pesto Pasta Salad Servings: 8 4 ounce sundried tomatoes in oil, drained 1/2 cup pine nuts 1 cup fresh basil 3 clove garlic 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 bag pasta spirals
Combine all ingredients except pasta and blend for 3 minutes in blender. Meanwhile boil pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and combine with pesto ingredients. Serve hot or cold.
