Holiday Pumpkin Dip
2 cups pumpkin puree 1 cup dark brown sugar 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Cream together pumpkin and cream cheese. Add in all other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with ginger snaps and graham crackers.
Pumpkin Dip
4 cups powdered sugar 2 package (8oz each) cream cheese, softened 1 lb. can solid-pack pumpkin (not seasoned pie filling) 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon allspice 1/2 teaspoon cloves
Cream together and serve in a small to medium size carved out pumpkin and serve with ginger snap cookies.
