TURKEY BREAST CASSEROLE
6 slices sliced turkey breast or leftovers 6 slices ham 6 slices Swiss type cheese 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. cream 2 tbsp. minced onions 1/4 c. flour 2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning Salt and pepper 1 c. buttered bread crumbs 1 egg
Cook turkey; remove from bones. Place turkey in shallow buttered dish. Layer first turkey, then ham, then cheese. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in onions until soft. Blend in flour and add milk carefully. Season. Cook, stirring constantly until smoothly thickened.
