Cranberry Relish (with tangerine and apricots)
1 (12 oz.) bag fresh Cranberries (usually in the produce section this time of year) 2 tangerines, quartered and seeds removed (yes peels on) 10 dried apricots 1/2 to 1 cup sugar (to taste) dash of triple sec (optional)
Process all ingredients in food processor. Leave somewhat chunky.
