Rosy Caraway Cheese Dip

8 oz low-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tbsp butter, at room temperature
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 large shallot; minced
4 tsp caraway seeds
4 tsp paprika
4 tsp capers; drained

GARNISH:
2 tbsp Chopped chives

In a food processor or a bowl, combine all ingredients except capers. Process or mix until very well blended.

Add capers and blend in for a few seconds. Chill. Best if made several days ahead.

Serve in a bowl, sprinkled with chives. Pumpernickel, black bread or other dark breads go well with this.
