I make this often and it is always gone fast.
My friend gave me the recipe many years ago.

Carol's Moist Pumpkin Bread

3 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups pumpkin puree (i use fresh cooked)
3/4 cup water
1 cup dates, chopped
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup raisins

Mix dry ingredients together in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another. Blend the two together and fold in the fruit and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pans.

Bake at 350F for 1 hour for regular bread loaf pans (3) and about 25-30 minutes for the mini loaf pans. I usually make it in mini pans (for gifts) but cannot remember how many.
