I got this recipe from my favorite cookbook The Best Recipes From The Back of Boxes, Bottles and Cans. I make for just about every party I have ever had and everyone loves it.
Chippy Cheese Ball
3 cups Lays Sour Cream and Onion Potato Chips, finely crushed 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese 8 ozs shredded cheddar cheese 4 oz crumbled blue cheese a dash of hot sauce 1 small onion grated or garlic clove grated
Reserve 1 cup of the chips.
Add all other ingredeints to a bowl and throughly combine. Shape into a ball and roll in the reserved chips.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
