7-Grain Vegetable and Brown Rice Loaf
2 cups raw cashews, finely chopped or ground 1 box quick-cooking brown rice (vegetable and herb flavored), cooked 2 cups soy milk 1 large onion, chopped 1 cup cooked AM 7 grain cereal 3/4 cup wheat germ 4 tbsp canola oil 4 tbsp minced parsley 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp sea salt (optional) 1/2 tsp ground celery seed 1/2 tsp ground sage 1/2 tsp thyme
Combine ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased or vegetable-spray coated baking dish.
Bake in 350 F oven, uncovered, for 1 hour or until done. Serve with your favorite gravy. |
