Lime Butter
Try this with grilled corn on the cob or steamed fresh broccoli.
4 tablespoons butter, room temperature 1 teaspoon lime zest 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a small bowl, beat together all ingredients until well blended. Serve with hot corn on the cob.
