Shells and Tomato Salad
12 ounces large shell pasta, (6 cups cooked) 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) Hunt'sŪ Diced Tomatoes, drained 1 can (2 1/2 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained 1/4 cup sliced green onions 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper 1/4 cup diced yellow bell pepper 1/4 cup thinly sliced carrots 1/2 cup Italian-style salad dressing 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Combine and mix all ingredients in a large serving bowl; toss to coat evenly Sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
