Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting

1 pkgs (12 oz each) chocolate chips
3/4 cup heavy sour cream
1 lb powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Melt chocolate over hot water. Remove from heat, add 1/3 of the sugar, beating until blended. Alternate adding remaining sugar and sour cream, beating until smooth. Add vanilla and beat till smooth.
