Fresh Peach Salsa
Fresh peaches are the star of this salsa. Serve with grilled pork tenderloin or with a holiday ham buffet.
4 peaches, peeled and sliced 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 tablespoon grated ginger root 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro Salt, to taste
In large bowl, stir together peaches, brown sugar, lime juice, ginger root and cilantro. Season with salt.
