Grilled Chuck Steak
1/2 cup onion chopped 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup salad oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon celery salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon thyme 1/2 easpoon oregano 1/2 easpoon rosemary 1 garlic clove minced 2 1/2 pounds Chuck steak 1/2-inch thick
Combine all ingredients except steak. Pour over steak and marinate in refrigerate for 3 hours, turning several times.
Broil steak on grill over hot coals. Cook steak to doneness you like (about 30 minutes total time), turning once. Baste with marinade during broiling.
