Dog Pogs (Hot Dog and Bean Wrap)

12 flour tortillas
12 hot dogs
1 cup refried beans
4 ounces part-skim milk cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
Small amounts of ketchup, mustard, salsa, pickle relish1/2 cup salsa, ketchup, mustard for dipping

Preheat oven to 300 F. Spread out tortilla and place a frank in the middle of the tortilla.

As desired, place stripes of the optional ingredients on the tortilla, parallel to the frank. Add refried beans, salsa, cheese according to their tastes. Roll and hold with a toothpick. Write child's initial on tortilla surface in ketchup.

Bake until tortilla is browned. Carefully slice, place on individual plates and serve with salsa, ketchup, mustard, etc. as dips.
