Serrano Ham with Crusty Bread
6 thin slices of Jamon Serrano Ham 6 thick slices of crusty bread, about 2 inches square 3 tomatoes 2 fresh garlic cloves 3 tbsp olive oil
Lightly toast the bread.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces removing the seeds. Place the tomatoes, the cloves of garlic and the olive oil in a mini blender and blend well.
Spread a teaspoon of sauce on each slice of toast and then add the slices (thin) of ham. Garnish with parsley, coriander or basil.
