Macadamia Nut Pie Source: Holidays a la Carte
8 eggs 2 cups corn syrup 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/4 cup flour 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Dash of salt 1 unbakes 9-inch pastry shell 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, flour, vanilla and salt; beat with rotary beater until smooth. Pour into pastry shell; sprinkle with macadamia nuts.
Bake for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool before serving.
