Shrimp Fried Rice
1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup oil or margarine 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules 2 tablespoons soy sauce 3 cups cooked rice, cold 2 cans (4 oz.) Bumble Bee Tiny Cocktail Shrimp
Sautee onion in hot oil until golden brown.
Stir in beaten eggs, green pepper, black pepper, bouillon and soy sauce. Saute 3 minutes, stirring often.
Add rice; heat thoroughly, still stirring.
Add shrimp and continue heating until mixture is steaming hot.
