Creamy Tuna Casserole
4 to 5 cups noodles; hot/cooked 6 oz. Chicken of the SeaŽ Solid White Albacore Tuna in Spring Water 4 oz. mushroom stems & pieces, drained 2 oz. pimentos, drained, sliced 1/2 cup sour cream 2/3 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup parmesan cheese; grated 2 tablespoon margarine or butter, melted fresh parsley; chopped
Mix noodles, tuna, mushrooms, pimentos, sour cream, milk, salt & pepper in 2 quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on medium for 10 minutes; stir.
Mix bread crumbs, cheese and margarine; sprinkle evenly over tuna mixture. Microwave uncovered until bubbly, 4-7 minutes longer. Sprinkle with parsley.
