Potatoes with Crab Sauce
1 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 Tablespoon butter or margarine, softened 3 oz. package cream cheese, cut into1-inch cubes 1/2 lb. pound process American cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes 3 drops hot pepper sauce pinch onion powder 6 oz. Chicken of the SeaŽ White Crabmeat 4 hot baked potatoes
In a blender, combine the chicken broth, flour, butter, cream cheese, American cheese, hot pepper sauce and onion powder. Cover and process until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
Reduce heat to low; add crab.
With a sharp knife, cut an X in the top of each potato; fluff pulp with a fork. Top with crab sauce.
