Season as desired. Toast in a broiler or a toaster oven on a lightly oiled baking sheet until dried and crunchy. Turn as needed. VARIATIONS TOFU CROUTONS: After the tofu is toasted toss it with 2-3 tbsp. melted butter. Return it to the oven and bake at 350F for an additional 10-15 minutes.
