Broccoli Corn Bread

3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 teaspoon salt
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs beaten
1 (8.5 oz) box Jiffy cornbread mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch pan.

Combine cottage cheese, broccoli, salt, onion, butter and eggs. Stir in cornbread mix. Spread in prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cut into squares.
