Crispy Oven Fried Chicken
2 to 3 pounds of chicken pieces (remove skin, if desired) 4 cloves garlic 4 slices white bread, torn into pieces 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled 1 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons low fat margarine 1/4 cup fat-free milk
Preheat oven to 375F.
Put garlic in food processor to chop it. Then add in bread, parmesan, thyme, salt, and pepper. Process until the bread is all crumbled.
Add the margarine and process until well mixed. Place into a large bowl.
Pour milk into a shallow bowl.
Dip chicken in milk then coat with the bread mixture. Place on baking sheet that has been lightly greased or coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 375F about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the chicken is done.
