I am going to try it tomorrow, I have guests coming for dinner. Pescatarians...so I think I will put this in the oven for and appetizer, even tho it is 90 degrees outside, and is predicted to hold for a few days. The cauliflower and potato dal with spicy shallots can go in the slow cooker!
Not that I am complaining, summer took a long time to get to us this year.
