I found this in a community cookbook from Rochester, MI while visiting relatives in MI last week. It caught my eye as my friend Marie gave me a recipe for Knock Ya Naked Brownies last year. I haven't compared them yet. I notice now that they don't have a length of time to bake them listed. I would bake for the time of another brownie recipe in a 13x 9 pan at the same temp.

MARIE'S KNOCKOUT BROWNIES

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 (16 ounce) can chcolate syrup
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 (6 ounce) pkg chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 19x9-inch baking pan.

Cream sugar and butter together. Add chocolate syrup, eggs, and vanilla; beat well. Add flour and salt; beat until creamy. Stir in nuts and chips. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F.
