MARS BAR CHEESECAKE

1 recipe graham cracker crust (for 9-inch springform pan)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 large mars bars, divided use
9 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
cocoa powder (for garnish)

Make your favorite graham cracker crust recipe adding 1 tsp ground cinnamon. Press into springform pan.


Roughly chop 3 Mars Bars and slowly melt over a pan of hot water.

Take off the heat and add the cream cheese; blend together.

Finely chop the 4th Mars Bar and incorporate into the mixture. Pile into the crust and chill.

Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
