Jan, how I smiled when I saw your Crab Bisque recipe. I grew up in South Africa, and a very similar recipe was a family standard on birthdays and so on.

Ours is slightly simpler - the cans of soup, made to instuctions, add the crab, and add cream and sherry to taste.

I have to make this soon, it is delicious.
