I think I will have to make this for my DH, he would be "into" this kind of recipe to cook for himself!

I grew up in ON, too...I was born in Grimsby,ON, but lived in Toronto for many years before I met my DH, who is from the Dominican Republic (lived there, too, both kids born there, then came back to Canada and out to BC)

Still miss the great ethnic neighbourhoods, as I told Judy, Vanouver is like a great big spread-out farm, Birkenstocks and Gore-tex galore!

Gotta go now and make DH's birthday dinner (margarita pie, and advance prep for Asian lettuce wraps). Then we're off out to a movie (War of the Worlds, altho I might sneak into a chick-flick instead).
