I cut this from a magazine. It sounds like a yummy combination, but I think I would warm the Brie to a melting consistency first.
FRUITED CARAMEL BRIE
8 inch 2-1/2 lb. Brie 1 (18 ounce) container Marzetti Original or Fat Free Caramel Apple Dip, divided use 1/2 cup dried apples* 1/4 cup dried cranberries* 3/4 cup dried apricots* 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Spread 1/2 of Marzetti Caramel Apple Dip on top of Brie.
Arrange dried fruit over caramel.
Warm remaining caramel and drizzle over fruit. Sprinkle with pecans.
Serve with crackers or fresh fruit slices.
*You can substitute any dried fruit.
