This shake was created by a M.D. and is high in the essential oils omega 3, 6, and 9. It's an inexpensive way to obtain these from a non-meat source. It was taken from The Bread of Life: A Cookbook by Beth Holland. HEALTH SHAKE2 1/2 tbsp flax seed 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds 3 cups milk 1 cup soy mush 1 1/2 banana (frozen is okay) 2 or more tbsp unsulphured molasses 4 tsp debittered brewers yeast Buzz flax in blender until powdered. Add sunflower seeds and mix till powdered. Add rest of ingredients and mix until blended. Serve immediately. This is a shake you have to chew!
