This recipe comes from a Kraft Marshmallow Creme recipe booklet.
RICE AMBROSIA
RICE MIXTURE: 2 cups cooked rice, chilled 1 (13 1/4 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained) 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted CREAM MIXTURE: 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup Kraft Marshmallow Crème
Combine rice, pineapple, cherries and almonds; set aside.
Whip cream until slightly thickened. Add marshmallow creme; continue beating until stiff. Fold into rice mixture; chill.
Makes 6 to 8 servings
