SPEEDY TACO SOUPSource:
The Ultimate Cooking With 4 Ingredients by Jean Coates1 (12 ounce) can chicken, drained
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (16 ounce) jar mild thick and chunky salsa
1 (15 ounce) can ranch-style beans
In large saucepan combine chicken broth, salsa, and beans. (A 15-ounce can whole kernel corn could also be added.)
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
