1 (3.4 ounce) package butterscotch instant pudding mix
1 cup oil
1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mixing by hand stir together cake mix, pudding mix, oil, and egg. Beat thoroughly.
Stir in pecans. With a teaspoon place cookie dough on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 8 minutes. Do not overcook.
