BACON-WRAPPED CHICKENSource: The Ultimate Cooking With 4 Ingredients by Jean Coates6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1 (8 ounce) carton whipped cream cheese with onion and chives Margarine 6 bacon strips Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Flatten chicken to 1/2-inch thickness. Spread 3 tablespoons cream cheese over each. Dot with margarine and a little salt. Roll up. Wrap each with a bacon strip. Place seam-side down in a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until juices run clear. To brown, broil 6 inches from heat for about 3 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
