CREAMETTES BUTTERY NOODLES ALFREDO

12 oz. Creamette Extra Wide Egg Noodles, uncooked
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1 cup (1/2 pt.) whipping cream or light cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided use
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Freshly ground black pepper

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.

Stir in whipping cream; heat until warm.

Stir in 3/4 cup cheese. Add hot noodles and parsley; toss until well coated.

Serve with remaining 1/4 cup cheese and pepper.
