RASPBERRY CITRUS SPARKLER

Sparkling water and lime juice are added to fruit juice for a refreshing beverage.

4 cups ice cubes
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 (12-ounce) can frozen raspberry cranberry juice concentrate
2 (12-ounce) cans lemon or lime-flavored sparkling mineral water
Lime slices

Combine ice cubes, water, lime juice and raspberry cranberry juice concentrate in 5-cup blender container. Cover; blend at high speed until ice cubes are finely chopped (20 to 30 seconds).

Pour mixture into large serving pitcher. Refrigerate until serving time.

At serving time, combine juice mixture with mineral water; mix well. Garnish each serving with lime slices.

TIP: Two medium limes will yield approximately 1/2 cup fresh lime juice.
