Shrimp in Green Mayonnaise Makes: 10 servings, about 4 shrimp each
1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise or MIRACLE WHIP Dressing 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced 2 tsp. capers, finely chopped 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves 1 lb. medium shrimp (31-40 count), cleaned, cooked MIX mayo, parsley, capers and oregano in medium bowl.
ADD shrimp; stir gently until well blended. Cover.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Cooking Know-How: Capers are sold in small jars and can be found in the condiment area of the supermarket.
