CHICKEN SQUARES Makes 16 squares
2 cups chopped cooked white chicken meat, skin and fat removed 1 cup cooked rice 3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs 1/4 cup chopped celery 3/4 cup frozen egg product, thawed 1 large egg white 10 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento 3/4 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon thyme
Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl. Add to chicken mixture. Stir. Turn into 9x9 inch pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
Bake, uncovered, in 350~F oven for 50 to 60 minutes until set. Cut into 16 squares to serve.
