CHICKEN A LA TOSCANA
1 cut up chicken 4 baking potatoes, thinly sliced 1/3 cup olive oil 2 sliced cloves garlic some fresh rosemary salt and pepper to taste
Wash and dry chicken pieces. Mix chicken pieces and potatoes together in a baking pan. Add olive oil, sliced garlic, rosemary, and salt and pepper; mix well.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
